The large living room receives plenty of natural light from the sliding doors that open onto the outdoor patio area. With 2 comfortable sofas and 2 matching armchairs, there’s plenty of seating for guests to sit and watch the large flat screen TV. The L-shaped kitchen comes fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils you’d need to prepare any meal. There are two dining areas: a formal dining area with seating for six, and a more casual, smaller breakfast area with seating for four. The pool area with its large surrounding deck and Jacuzzi is a hit with all guests. Swim or play in the pool or opt to lie in the sun on the provided sun loungers. If you need to get out of the sun, there’s a covered lanai where you can relax on the provided patio furniture. Did someone say games room? This villa has a games room in the converted garage. Choose from air hockey, pool, or foosball. Here’s the bedroom layout information. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite. The third bedroom has a full bed, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two single beds in each. Each bedroom comes with its own TV, so there will be no fighting over the living room TV remote.
